Community Mapping

Community-based organizations/groups that are providing non-discriminatory health care and legal support services to Key Populations and other vulnerable communities can now be added to our public directory list.

If you know of, or are a part of any such organization/group and would like to submit your/their information, click HERE to download the data collection form.

*To encourage and appreciate the efforts of community members, we are offering N1,000 for each organization/group that you submit.

Note: We will not pay if someone else has already submitted the same group/organization.
